What materials do you use for your products?
Our products are mainly made of food-grade SUS304 (18/8) or SUS316 stainless steel, which are anti-rust, corrosion-resistant and safe for daily food contact.
Do you support OEM/ODM customization?
Yes. We support custom logo (laser engraving/stamping), surface finish (mirror polish, matte, brush), color plating (gold, rose gold, black) and packaging design.
What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Our standard MOQ is 500–1000 pieces/sets per item. Small trial orders are also negotiable based on specific products.
How long is your production lead time?
15–30 days for bulk orders after sample confirmation. Lead time varies according to order quantity and customization requirements.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, samples are available with a sample fee, which can be fully refunded when you place a formal bulk order.
What certifications do your products have?
Our products meet international standards such as FDA, LFGB and SGS, ensuring safety for global markets.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight, and other negotiable terms for long-term partners.
What is your main export market?
Our products are mainly exported to Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Oceania, with rich experience in meeting different market standards and requirements.
How do you ensure product quality?
We have a strict quality control system covering raw material inspection, in-process checks and final product testing. Each batch is inspected before shipment, and we provide product test reports upon request.
